Tangles used: Sanibelle, Dragonair, Mooka, Flux, Antidot, Poke Root, Poke Leaf, Scroll feather, Ahh, 'Nzeppel, Msst, Featherfall, Wist, Chainlea, Zinger, Angel Fish, & Fescu.
I think I got the names of all the tangles that I used.
The highlighting and shading was done with a white chalk pencil, Prismacolor white wax pencil, and HB graphite pencil
I have to admit that I did sneak a peak at a couple of entries this week before I was finished with mine. Do not think that I was influenced by them. I hope to get a look at all the rest of the entries over the next several days. If you have not all ready done so would strongly recommend that you visit The Diva's blog and look at the other great posts.
Thanks for visiting. As always comments are welcomed, encouraged, and appreciated.
Go Tangle !!
Cool!
ReplyDeleteWow, Donald,.....This is absolutely gorgeous!!! What tangle is that up in the right corner, it's vine like? I really like the looks of that!! I am impressed, especially since you said you don't work well with these kind of challenges. Nice work!! :0) Share Humanity
ReplyDeleteI think the one you are referring to is called "Wist". It is a tangle developed by Shelly Beauch. She has a page that shows the tangles/patterns that she has developed and you cn find the step out for it there.
DeleteThank you Donald!! :0) Share humanity

Your organic garden is perfect for Earth Day! I love the path you have going through the garden and the white highlights on the gray paper. Beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteJust now, I wish I could sit in your nice tangled Organic Garden to get away from sorrows.

Great Zia Donald, your organic garden is a great piece, on that tan colored paper. The highlighting with white makes it awesome. Love it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful garden :)
ReplyDeleteI love your organic garden, Donald. Very nicely done.
ReplyDeleteDonald it is hard not to be influenced by what you see but what comes out of your pen onto your paper is you. Lovely job! Met your sister Suzanne today. I hope you enjoy the hide a way!
ReplyDeleteThanks. She had e mailed me that you had met. I am looking forward to the Hideaway. It will be a good time tangle and relax and hopefully get some new inspirations for things to do.
DeleteOrganically perfect for the challenge and it is really gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI'm not very good at thinking outside the box so my tangle had to have the earth in it, whereas I love this more imaginative interpretation. Linda x
