Could not decide which picture I liked the best so I decided to post both of them. They are both taken without a flash. The top one is on the auto setting and the bottom one is with manual settings. My camera has some definite limitations on what I can do manually.
Tangles used: Diva Dance, Tipple, Ahh(variation)
If you have not visited I am the Diva to see the other great pieces, I strongly encourage you to do so. There are many fantastic artists that submit things regularly.
Thanks for visiting. As usual, comments are welcome, encouraged, and appreciated.
Had wanted to do this earlier and did not take the time, and did not really think about it too much. There are a lot of traditional Christmas songs that I like, but these are two of my favorite modern/contemporary Christmas songs. If you take the time to listen to them, I hope you enjoy them. The first is from 4 Him. The second is by FISH.
Go Tangle!! and Merry Christmas.
Oh, this is beautiful! Were you, by chance, inspired by the recent Zentagle post, where Maria used those gold gouaches with a nib pen?
ReplyDeleteNo. I used a combination of Sakura gel pens and Permapaque metallic markers.
DeleteA lovely tile; what a difference makes the camera setting! Merry Christmas to you too, Donald!
ReplyDeleteIt's really lovely, Donald - I think the second one shows it off best. Great colours. Have a Happy Christmas. Axxx
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Donald, it has been great having you in our group.
ReplyDeleteLove the colours used, the second picture really shows them off. Have a lovely Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI think your drawing skills are very well applied to express your feelings about the holiday. (Say NO to that inner critic!) I always like Ahh used to imply sky. Merry Christmas, Donald!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you Donald and you expressed the season beautifully!
ReplyDeleteDonald I love your tile!! And the gold on the black is beautiful! (I always forget to try black for my tile) May you also have a Blessed and Merry Christmas!!! See you next year on the Diva Challenge!! :0) Peace be Yours
